Naming Ceremonies

There are many ways to choose a child's name, from researching the meaning of names to just hearing one that you like. The bestowing of a name on a child is an important part of their life and should be celebrated by family and friends who will play a part in the child's life. As the child grows the name will become synonymous with their character and personality. It will be their identity.

As well as parents, a child needs other people to guide and support them through childhood to adulthood. You can choose who those people will be; grandparents, close friends, or other relatives, and have them pledge their support and love for the child by making promises or vows during the ceremony.

Whether you are naming a new-born, older child, welcoming an adopted child, or children of two families are joining together, a personalised ceremony will show how much they are loved.
